What the world traded while the US slept

Overnight moves abroad and in US index futures are a leading tell for how Wall Street opens. Updated every weekday morning, before the bell — Tuesday, June 23, 2026. These describe where each market is, not where it is going.

US Futures

Stock-index futures are contracts that track an index (the S&P 500, Nasdaq, Dow, Russell) and trade almost around the clock — long after the cash market shuts and well before it reopens. Because they keep pricing in overnight news, they are the most direct read on where Wall Street is pointed before the opening bell.

How to read this page: each card shows the latest level, the day-over-day change, and the same three computed facts as our US markets page — price versus its 50- and 200-day averages (the conventional trend yardsticks), the 30-day range and where it sits within it, and the 14-day RSI (a standard momentum gauge). Foreign closes and futures are quoted in each market's own points. These figures describe where each market is; they say nothing about where it is going, and neither do we. Educational only — not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
